### By implementing the SCM software OSCA, Fynch-Hatton has significantly optimized its supply chain and positioned itself for further growth. Faced with increasingly complex global supply chains, the company decided to digitize its processes in order to be able to react more quickly to changes and collaborate more efficiently with suppliers. Following sales growth of over 40 percent in 2022 and expansion into international markets, it was necessary to adapt existing structures.
